Effective PowerPoint Presentation - How to use quotes in your PowerPoint presentation

In English grammar, quotation marks (aka quotes) are commonly used in many written materials as a way to identify a call or a quote is saying. Another function of quotation marks is to keep the words of one speaker to become confused with those of some other speakers. Now, I'm not talking more information on how to use quotation marks - The main thing is about their use to improve your PowerPoint (PPT) presentations.

Here are some ideas to use quotation marks to show the following points:

Mission or a value that your company or product has to offer

Sales targets or sales goals

Imperative or a strong statement that no one can disagree

If you have a slide that has a message to communicate, how to insert an image related slide background.

For example, use quotation marks in the default font of Calibri italics for this quote - "Think outside the box." Surely, you must insert a photo of a box like the layout of the slide. Most viewers tend to focus on the italicized text with quotation marks - as if it were a form of conversation.

Most of the books, fiction and nonfiction have inverted commas around direct quotations so that makes it more lively content. It also applies to the PowerPoint presentation in which to quote your message short (or direct quotation) may be more lively than one that has no quotes.

It 'must insert related images when put quotation marks around a direct quote?

The answer is - No. You can use quotation marks around a direct quote, even if the slides have no photo at all! You can create a template to display the direct quotation as your mission statement, objectives and important facts. As a normal PowerPoint - has a title (without quotation marks) and content (which is in italics and quotation marks).

You can see that the message displayed in the slides tend to look less monotonous with quotes. In fact, you will use less time to prepare the slides as if searching for images would be suitable in terms of time - which is a great thing to increase your productivity.

There is another way to improve productivity for the preparation of PPT slides. This is a total blunder to copy all the content directly from your report or any written material, and paste in all slides. Nobody would want to read the text on the slides in excessive short period of time .......
