With Best Offer, make an offer to the seller and the seller can reject the offer, or accept your offer, and you can make up to 3 bids on an item. If the seller accepts your offer, you win the item.

The first step to buy items on Ebay is to become a member of Ebay. To become a member of Ebay, go to Ebay.com, and click on the register. On the registration page, fill out your information.

Once you are an eBay member, you can purchase items on eBay. When you find an item you want to buy, make sure to read their item description carefully to make sure that you agree to the terms. For example, some people only accept PayPal for payment. If you are not a PayPal user, do not bid on the item.

Be sure to watch their shipping costs, and make sure the quantity is acceptable to you, because you will pay for shipping. Shipping and handling add some 'seller, which are reasonable, and others add outrageous amounts for their transport and treatment.

Finally, look at the seller's feedback. You can view the feedback of a seller by clicking on the number to the right of their username. Looking to the seller's feedback will show you what kind of seller are, and if their customers are satisfied with their products. If you have a lot of negative feedback, is a pretty good indication that you do not want to buy from them.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, the seller has good feedback, and agrees to all their terms, you can bid. When making an offer, you want to bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay, and Ebay will start low, and will automatically bid for you, if someone tries to overcome you. Ebay will only bid up to your highest bid amount.

If you win the auction, you should expect a bill from the seller. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact the seller as soon as possible. Pay for your item in a timely manner, so that you will feedback to the left ....
